I've been 'labeled' as all sorts of things in the past: shy, co-dependent, echoist, people-pleaser etc. Then, in 2017, I was in a car crash and had a head injury which shifted my way of thinking. The accident was followed by a number of incidents that led to further shifts in my consciousness and a completely different way of seeing the world. Now it is my mission to help other people develop shifts in their thinking, increase self-esteem, and create balance in their lives.
I originally trained as a counselor way back in the 1990s. At the time I had a horticultural business and I experimented with horticultural therapy and found it to be very effective. In 1997 I started nurse training and obtained my Bachelor of Nursing degree in the year 2000. I then worked for several years in the NHS and in private practice. I also worked as a columnist on the Nursing Standard journal for 17 years and regularly traveled around the country doing seminars at Royal College of Nursing (RCN) events. I have extensive experience in employment, interviewing, CVs and mentoring. I've also trained in clinical hypnotherapy and in the work of Carl Jung.
