A dragonfly can move at an amazing 45 miles an hour, hover like a helicopter fly backwards like a hummingbird, fly straight up, down and on either side. It can do this while flapping its wings a mere 30 times a minute while mosquitoes and houseflies need to flap their wings 600 and 1000 times a minute respectively.
Dragonflies know how to work smarter not harder.
As humans we may not be naturally endowed with the talents of the dragonfly but we can do a lot to improve ourselves.
Aim for progress not perfection.
If you aim for perfection you will always worry that what you offer isn’t good enough.
Repetition and practice help us improve.
The more stones I paint the better I will get.
